This 7-acre property was purchased in 1999 from Wayne Hagadone during Mayor David Sawyer's administration. This property attaches to the North end of the property owned by the Assembly of God Church. The City in cooperation with the Assembly of God church obtained right of ways across church property to develop a perimeter bike path that connects Great Northern to Centennial Field. The remaining field space was developed for football and lacrosse fields, parking, restrooms.
