Beach Hut

Sandpoint Parks and Recreation offers online reservations for the picnic shelter at City Beach. To check availability and make your reservation, follow the link below and navigate to your desired picnic facility. If you don't already have one, create an account to reserve the facility.

Frequently asked questions for Picnic Shelters

• The City does not issue refunds for Picnic Shelter reservations.
• Only one reservation is allowed per day at each Picnic Shelter.
• Reservations do not include access to electricity.
• Sandpoint enjoys all four seasons. The best months to use our picnic shelters are May - Sept.
• Restrooms are closed during shoulder season in preparation for winter weather. A portable toilet will be available once the restrooms are closed for the winter.
• Scheduling is available for the current year only.
• A minimum of 7 days advance notice is required to reserve a picnic shelter.
