The City of Sandpoint provides utilities (water, sewer & sanitation services) to residents within the city limits, as well as the ACI (Area of City Impact). (Water only services are provided in the areas of Kootenai and Ponderay.)
Utility bills are created and mailed the first working day of each month and are due immediately upon receipt. Bills are considered late and a fee will be assessed to an account if not paid in full by the 25th of each month. Failure to receive a utility bill does not waive past due fees. A past due (shut off) notice will be mailed to you on the working day following the 25th. Your monthly statement will be delivered by email.
