The City Clerk is the custodian of City records. Click here to complete the City's Request for Public Records form, which is routed directly to the City Clerk's office upon submission. The Police Chief is the custodian of Police records, with reports for Police records, including accident reports, submitted to and processed by the Police Department. To file a claim against the city for damages or injury, you must promptly file a Notice of Tort claim for Damage or Injury with the City Clerk.
