Street-Facing Garages/Parking (PDF)
 
25 ft. (Garage wall to be recessed from and be no more than 50% of primary façade width / may be flush if 25% of the façade width includes a 7 ft. deep or greater unenclosed front deck)
Riparian/Shoreline 40 ft. from artificial highwater mark (may be reduced to 25 ft. if setback area revegetated with primarily native vegetation)
Main Entrances (PDF)
 
At least one main entrance for each structure must either face the street; be at an angle of up to 45 degrees from the street; or open onto a porch. The porch must be a covered unenclosed porch with a minimum of 25 square feet in area.
Street-Facing Facades (PDF)
 
At least 15 percent (15%) of the square footage area of each façade that faces a street lot line must be windows or main entrance doors. Windows used to meet this standard must allow views from the building to the street. Glass block does not meet this standard. Windows in garage doors do not count toward meeting this standard, but windows in garage walls do count toward meeting this standard. To count toward meeting this standard, a door must be at the main entrance and facing a street lot line.
