Comprehensive Plan amendments
Does your desired use of your property conform with the land use map in our 2024 Comprehensive Plan? If not, your development project might require a comprehensive plan amendment.
Zone Change
Do you know what zoning district your property is in? If not, look up your address on the Sandpoint City Map, making sure the "Zoning" layer is activated. Does your desired use of your property conform with the use regulations in your zoning district as outlined in Title 9 of Sandpoint City Code? If your desired use does not conform with the zoning district your property is within, a zone change may be requested. Note: a pre-application meeting is required prior to applying for a Rezone Application.
