A preapplication meeting can be scheduled within the BS&A online platform above. For planning & zoning applications for new subdivisions resulting in more than four lots, planned unit developments, zone changes, condominium plats, and for conditional use permits, a preapplication meeting with City staff is required. For minor land divisions such as short plat (resulting in 4 or fewer lots) or lot line adjustments, a preapplication meeting with city staff is strongly recommended.
A preapplication meeting for any of the above new developments in Sandpoint may be requested by a property owner or by a potential future owner with the property owner's consent. Non-owners requesting a preapplication meeting must submit an owner authorization form with their preapplication meeting request form.
