The City of Sandpoint is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide independent Owner's Representative / Construction Manager Representative (Owner's Representative / CMR) services for the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant Reconstruction Project. The Project is planned to be delivered using Construction Manager / General Contractor delivery.
This RFQ is for an independent owner-side representative to support the City during CMGC procurement, design coordination, preconstruction, cost and schedule review, GMP development, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout. This RFQ is not a solicitation for the Design Engineer of Record and is not a solicitation for the CMGC contractor.

Statements of Qualifications are due to the City of Sandpoint, Municipal Clerk at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, not later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Submittals need to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelopes with the Submitter’s Name, Solicitation Title and RFQ No.
No late or virtual submittals will be accepted.
