The City anticipates that charging technology and vehicle charging demands will continue to evolve during the lifespan of the infrastructure installed under this solicitation. Accordingly, the City encourages respondents to evaluate and propose the most appropriate charging technology for each location, including Level 2 charging, higher-output Level 2 charging, and/or Direct Current Fast Charging (“DCFC”) where feasible. Proposed services and installation for these Electric Vehicle Charging Stations would occur after August 15, 2026. Further details to be provided within the RFP document.
Sealed proposals are due to the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, not later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, June 23, 2026. Submittals need to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelopes with the Submitter’s Name, Project Title and RFP No.
No late submittals or virtual submittals will be accepted.
