The City of Sandpoint is soliciting proposals for Request for Sponsorship for a new baseball scoreboard at Memorial Field. Sealed Sponsorships will be received by the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 until 2:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
The City of Sandpoint invites sponsorship proposals for the installation of a new baseball scoreboard at Memorial Field Park. This opportunity aligns with the City’s adopted Sponsorship and Advertising Policy, ensuring that all sponsorships support the City’s Comprehensive Plan’s Community Vision while contributing to the enhancement of community facilities.
Sponsorship Details
- Minimum Sponsorship Amount: $20,000
- This amount covers the full cost of the scoreboard, including installation.
- Sponsorship Term: 10 years
- The sponsor will have exclusive rights to display their logo and accompanying City approved language beneath the scoreboard for the duration of the agreement.
- Signage Size and Placement:
- The sponsor's signage will measure approximately 15' x 2.5', roughly 40% of the scoreboard size.
- The scoreboard and signage will be located along the right-field line of the softball field, on the north side of Memorial Field Park, providing prominent visibility to guests attending sporting events and other park activities.
