The City of Sandpoint is seeking qualified firms to provide a comprehensive paid parking management solution that aligns with the City's adopted Downtown Parking Management Plan (June 2025). The selected system must facilitate paid hourly parking in multiple off-street parking lots, administer various parking pass programs, enforce time limits for on-street parking, and generate revenue to support parking infrastructure maintenance, while improving turnover and utilization efficiency in the downtown core.

Sealed proposals are due not later than Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 2:00:00 PM local time, to the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID  83864.
