The project can be summarized to include reconstruction of the frontage along the east side of Division Avenue, from Superior Street to Pine Street in Sandpoint, Idaho. The work generally includes asphalt and concrete removal, construction of new sidewalk, new planter strip, new curb & gutter, and driveway replacement, and related items of work.
This project is funded in part with federal funds. Contractors shall comply with all applicable federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates. The applicable wage determination and FHWA-1273 are included in the Contract Documents.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount including any additive alternatives, is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work.

Bids will be received until 1:30:00 p.m. (PDT) / 2:30:00 p.m. (MDT) on Thursday, April 16, 2026, for the Division Ave. Corridor Improvement Project - Phase 2.
Bids may be submitted electronically through the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) Quest CDN page or delivered as sealed hard copy to the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.
Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time by the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) via a virtual bid opening. The City of Sandpoint will participate in the virtual bid opening from City Hall, in council Chambers, where any hard copy bids receive at City Hall will be opened and read as part of the same bid opening event. All bids received prior to the deadline, whether submitted electronically through LHTAC or delivered to City Hall, will be included in the bid opening.
