The City of Sandpoint is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professionals (Consultants) to prepare design documents for Sandpoint's Downtown Revitalization Phase III Project. This phase includes intersection reconfigurations, utility replacements, widened sidewalks, curb extensions, stormwater management, and streetscape amenities that reflect and preserve Sandpoint's historic character.
Sealed Statements of Qualifications are due not later than Friday, September 12, 2025, at 2:00:00 PM local time, to the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.
An optional PRE-RFQ Site Tour will be held at 10:00:00 AM local time on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, beginning at the intersection of First Avenue and Bridge Street, Sandpoint, Idaho.
