The City of Sandpoint is soliciting proposals for the City's Custodial Services for City Hall, Police, and Community Hall. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, until 2:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, January 09, 2025.
The purpose of this Solicitation is to procure qualified and experienced custodial service contractors for the City’s professional custodial services at City Hall Administration, Police, and Sandpoint Community Hall.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date in person at City Hall, Council Chambers at 1123 Lake St, Sandpoint, ID 83864 and virtually via Zoom at the link below (registration required).
A mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference and On-Site Tour will be held at 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 in City Council Chambers. Immediately following the City Hall Administration and Police On-Site Tour, Respondents shall drive to the Sandpoint Community Hall location for the Community Hall facility On-Site Tour. All Respondents that wish to submit a proposal for the City’s professional custodial services are required to attend this Pre-Solicitation Conference and On-Site Tours. This will not be available via Zoom or other virtual platform. In person only. There will be no additional access available to these sites after the Pre-Solicitation Conference and On-Site Tours.
