The City of Sandpoint is seeking bids for their Cedar Street Reconstruction project. The project can be summarized to include utility improvements and a complete reconstruction of Cedar Street from Division Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, in Sandpoint, Idaho. The work generally includes: upgrading the stormwater pipe and catch basins and water main, reconstruction road base and subbase, new asphalt pavement, concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk along Cedar Street; and upgrading the stormwater pipe and catch basins along Lincoln Avenue from Cedar Street to Pine Street; and cleanup.
Sealed proposals are due to the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, not later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. No late submittals or virtual submittals will be accepted.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date in the Council Chambers at City Hall (address above) and virtually via Zoom. Zoom link is provided here.
