The City of Sandpoint is soliciting bids for the Downtown Parking Lot Repaving Project. Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, until 2:00:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 03, 2025.
The project can be summarized to include a reconstruction of the Downtown Parking Lot at 218 Church St. including asphalt removal and replacement, utilities conduit installation, line striping, curb installation, and landscaping improvements.
Bids will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date in person at City Hall, Council Chambers at 1123 Lake St, Sandpoint, ID 83864 and virtually via Zoom at the link below (registration required).
There will be an on-site Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, March 27, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am, prevailing local time, at 218 Church Street, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
