The City of Sandpoint is seeking bids for their 2025 Bridge Street Retaining Wall Project. The project can be summarized to include the construction of a block retaining wall, coordination with others for removal of the existing sheet pile, demolition, sidewalk, drainage, curb & gutter, illumination, and related items of work.
Sealed bids are due to the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, not later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
Bids will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date in the Council chambers at City Hall (address above) and virtually via Zoom. Zoom link is provided here.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held on October 1, 2025, at 10:00:00 a.m. local time, on the corner of Bridge St. and First Ave. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
