NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF SANDPOINT will accept bids until 2:00 PM on August 22nd,
2016, for: City of Sandpoint, Facility Modifications at 804 Airport Way,
Sandpoint, ID which includes demolition work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, labor and materials
for remodeling per the attached project general conditions (see Exhibit ‘A’) and Drawings (see
Exhibit ‘B’). There will be a Pre-Bid walk through at 804 Airport Way on August 11, 2016 at 10:00

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, and shall be clearly labeled “SEALED BID – CITY OF
SANDPOINT – Sandpoint Facility Modifications at 804 Airport Way”. The bidder’s name, address, and
acknowledgement of all addendums issued shall be printed in the upper left corner of the envelope.
Bids shall be submitted to Sandpoint City Clerk; 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID 83864, by the time
and date set forth above and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at
2:05 p.m. on said date in the upstairs conference room.
