The City of Sandpoint is soliciting bids for the harvesting and purchase of timber within the Little Sand Creek Watershed, located adjacent to Schweitzer Mountain Road, Bonner County, Idaho.  
Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk, City of Sandpoint, at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street in Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, until 2:00:00 PM PST on Thursday, October 24, 2019 for Timber Sale 2019.

An optional Pre-Bid conference will be held October 3, 2019 at 2:00 PM at City Hall, Council Chambers, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID 83864. Bidders are encouraged to attend. 

The total estimated volume of timber is 1,035 MBF with an estimated appraised value of $231,715.00.  Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
