The City of Sandpoint is seeking a contract attorney or legal firm to serve as City Attorney and provide civil legal services as set forth in Idaho Code Sections 50-204 and 50-206.  The City Attorney will be an independent contractor, not an employee of the City and as such will not receive any employee benefits.  The City invites interested law firms and individuals with a minimum of five years of municipal law experience representing municipal or other governmental entities in the State of Idaho to submit a written proposal to provide City Attorney services.  Read the full RFP here...
