In order to have an item added to the City Council meeting agenda, you must complete an Agenda Request Form, signed by a Council member, Department Head, or the Mayor, and submit it to the City Clerk, along with supporting documentation, at least a week before the meeting.

  • Introduction: City Council meets regularly the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at City Hall.

* City Council Chambers and City facilities were reopened to the public for meetings beginning in Stage 3 of Governor Little’s Idaho Rebounds Plan. Social distancing measures will be followed, and seating is placed at 6-foot separation, therefore limiting capacity. In-person seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis until reduced capacity is reached. If you wish to address Council in person on any agenda item or during the public forum, you will be afforded the opportunity. Any individuals who may not be able to be seated will be given the opportunity to present from the podium and allowed entrance to Chambers during the time of their presentation.
