This powerful new platform includes a free mobile app for Android and iPhones and a reporting function on the City website and Facebook page which allows Sandpoint residents and visitors to easily notify City officials of non-emergency issues such as potholes, snow removal, dogs at large or others and provide feedback on how the City is doing.

A significant portion of the City of Sandpoint, including the downtown, other commercial, industrial, as well as residential areas have been included by Governor “Butch” Otter as a certified opportunity zone. The program provides for tax incentives through the capital gains tax for investors within this zone.
Did you know North Ella Avenue is part of our “Explore Sandpoint!” bicycle route? This year, the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) awarded the City a grant to help fund a variety of improvements to improve overall safety for all who use North Ella.
This project is the first phase of a much larger vision to provide safe east/west access for pedestrians and bicyclists from all points of Sandpoint to continue on to the highly popular City Beach and downtown core.
